Due to high levels of Covid community spread our campus will be closed to visitors until further notice.

Student Led Conferences will be held on February 7th. This will be an early release day for students. They will be dismissed from classes at noon and will need to return for their scheduled appointment. Watch for information from your student's teacher.

During Operation Blue Santa, local law enforcement agencies raised over $10,000 to buy gifts for children in need this Christmas Season. This is service to others, above and beyond! We appreciate you!

Our campus cookie dough fundraiser items are being delivered to the school today. Small orders will be sent home with the students. Pick up for larger orders will be available from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the cafeteria stage.

Kona Ice Day December 17th

9 weeks testing is this week.
1st period, 5th period, and 8th period exams are on Wednesday, Dec. 15.
2nd period, 4th period, and 7th period exams are on Thursday, Dec. 16.
3rd period and 9th period exams are on Friday, Dec. 17.
Early Release is this Friday. Car Riders dismissed at 12:00 and bus riders at 12:30.

Another great day for our Mineola MS Band students! Our band students competed in the MS All-Region Band contest Friday and we are proud to announce that 12 of our students earned spots in the competition. Congratulations to all of our students who competed! We look forward to performing at this prestigious event in January. More details to come next month.


The future for the Sound of the Swarm is bright! What a wonderful Christmas Concert presented by our Middle School Bands.




A change has been made to our incentive field trips to iJump and CiCi's Pizza scheduled for next week. The dates for 6th and 8th grades have been swapped.
Please note that 6th grade and half of 7th grade will go on December 9th. 8th grade and the other half of 7th grade will go on December 10th. Students will need to bring $7.50 for CiCi's or a sack lunch. If your child is eligible to participate, they will be bringing home a notice and waiver for you to sign tonight.

You are invited to attend the MMS One Act Play Troupe's production of "The Great Pandemonium: A Comedy in One Act" written by Pat Cook. The performance will be Sunday, December 5th at 2:30 p.m. in the High School Auditorium.
