First pep rally--full of Super Heroes!
Parents and families are invited to Mineola Middle School’s Annual Title I Meeting. Meetings will be held Thursday, September 10, from 4:30–5:00 PM and Wednesday, September 16, from 9:00–9:30 AM in the Middle School Cafeteria. We will share information about our Title I program, parent rights, academic supports, and opportunities for family involvement. Your questions and input are important to us!

🚨 PEP RALLY ALERT! 🚨
Our pep rallies starting tomorrow Sept. 10th, are moving to the end of the day from 3:10–3:35 PM. Parents, please note that the cafeteria will be closed during lunch to visitors due to our condensed schedule, but we’d LOVE to see you at the Pep Rally! Please bring your ID and sign in at the front office before heading to the gym. After the Pep Rally, students will grab their backpacks and meet parents who attend the pep rally out in front of the building for dismissal.
We will still have regular car rider dismissal for all other parents and students behind the building like normal!

As we settle into the new school year, we are working to establish strong routines and expectations for all of our students. Beginning Thursday, September 3rd, parents are welcome to join their students for lunch on Thursdays. Parent food drop-offs will also be available on Thursdays. Thank you for helping us create a smooth start to the year and for partnering with us as we build a positive, focused school environment for our students!

What an incredible day at our 6th Grade Experience!
We loved welcoming our incoming Yellow Jackets and watching them learn the campus, meet teachers, practice opening lockers, and begin building connections before the first day of school. A huge thank you to our staff, students, and parents for helping make the event such a success. We are excited for an outstanding year ahead and can't wait to see this class continue to grow at Mineola Middle School!

We'll kick things off at 8:30 a.m. with a brief parent meeting before students begin rotating through campus activities.
During the rotations, students will meet their teachers, learn their lockers, become familiar with the campus, and discover what it means to be a Mineola Middle School Yellow Jacket.
